ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
This Campanian extra virgin olive oil is a unique blend of the Ravece, Ogliarola, Leccino, and Frantoio varieties, all grown on the estate. The result is an extra virgin oil with a moderate fruity flavor. On the nose, you can perceive the typical herbal notes of tomato and artichoke, accompanied by a slight hint of almond. Over time, the characteristic green color gradually transforms into a yellow shade, giving this extra virgin oil a distinctive appearance.
