1. Affiliate Earnings

1.1 Affiliates earn a commission equal to 5% of the taxable amount of each order placed by a customer who uses their affiliate code or their affiliate link.

1.2 The 5% commission applies to the total cart amount, regardless of whether the specific items were promoted by the affiliate.

2. Discount for Affiliates

2.1 Affiliates have the right to offer a 5% discount on the first order placed by a customer using their affiliate code or affiliate link. This discount will be applied to the cart taxable amount.

3. Seasonal Products

3.1 Affiliates are responsible for periodically checking seasonal products and updating their affiliate links or codes accordingly. This is important to avoid links to products that are no longer available or relevant.

4. Payments

4.1 Payments to affiliates will only be made if the accumulated balance reaches or exceeds the minimum threshold of 70 euros.

4.2 To receive payments, affiliates must provide a valid invoice or occasional declaration of performance, in accordance with Italian laws.

4.3 If an affiliate chooses occasional work, a withholding tax of 20% will be applied to earnings, which must be paid via the F24 form to the Italian tax authorities.

4.4 The maximum amount of occasional service towards a single company is 2500 euros.

5. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

5.1 We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes via email or through our website.

5.2 It is the Affiliate's responsibility to keep up to date with the current terms and conditions of the Programme.

Integrity and Authenticity: Integrity is paramount to us. False, misleading or inauthentic content is strictly prohibited. If you violate these guidelines, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account. Engaging in illegal activities may also violate applicable laws, resulting in possible legal action and civil and criminal penalties. If you suspect any manipulation, we invite you to inform Agricook.it immediately. We will take appropriate action if necessary.

Respect and Diversity: We value diversity of opinions. While disagreements may arise about some content, your participation must always be respectful of others, helping to maintain a welcoming environment.

Illegal Activities: You are prohibited from posting content that encourages or supports illegal behavior, including but not limited to violence, drug use, fraud.

Correct Use of the Brand: The use of the Agricook brand must always be appropriate and compliant with the style and values of our brand. It is forbidden to use the Agricook brand in inappropriate contexts or in an illegal manner. In case of violations, we will remove all commissions earned and take necessary legal action.
