Ingredients
  • 1 whole chicken breast
  • 300 g of sweet and sour colored peppers
  • 1/2 glass of dry white wine
  • 4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of capers
  • White vinegar
  • salt
Procedure

In a bowl, make the sauce by emulsifying the oil with the mustard, capers, salt and a little white vinegar. Meanwhile, in a saucepan, heat half a liter of salted water with the wine and as soon as it starts to boil, immerse the chicken in it, let it boil for 15 minutes. Then drain it and let it cool, cut it into fillets and collect it together with half of the sauce previously prepared on a serving dish. Continue adding the chopped peppers and the rest of the sauce. Add some oil and the dish is ready.
