Soft apple pie
Ingredients
1 kg of rennet apples
250 grams of sugar
125 gr of butter
3 eggs
1 lemon
1 sachet of yeast
1 pinch of salt
1 glass of milk
500 grams of flour 00
Procedure
To prepare our soft apple pie we start by peeling the apples and cutting them and cubes, we keep an apple to make slices to then put on the surface. We squeeze a lemon and use the juice to mix the apples so as not to turn them black and at the same time to give them a slightly sour taste. We continue by beating the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. We continue until a frothy mixture is obtained, we start by adding the sifted flour and baking powder, mix well and little by little, add the glass of milk to the dough. At this point, add the cubed apples and mix everything. We take the round head and butter it, adding some flour. We insert the mixture, level it and lay a layer of apple slice on the surface. We bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes, do the test with a toothpick to know the perfect cooking. Once out of the oven, let it cool and sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
