Rustic cauliflower lasagna
Ingredients
- BEANS 1 liter
- CAULIFLOWER 800 gr
- PASTRY FOR LASAGNA 250 gr
- PROVOLA CUBES 200 gr
- GRATED CHEESE 100 gr
- CHOPPED PARSLEY to taste
- SALT UP to taste
- BUTTER to taste
Procedure
Wash the cauliflower and divide it into florets, boil it in lightly salted water. Meanwhile, in a pan, brown the garlic with the oil, add the cauliflower and cut it into small pieces, turning it often. Now prepare the béchamel, do not make it too thick. Let all the ingredients cool and at this point start composing the lasagna. Start with putting the béchamel on the bottom, lay a layer of puff pastry, covering everything, put another layer of béchamel, cauliflower, provolone and grated cheese. Continue the layers until you finish the ingredients. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes. Before serving, let it rest out of the oven for about 10 minutes.
