Ingredients
  • 200g of walnuts
  • 150g brown sugar
  • 100g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100ml milk
  • 50g of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
Procedure
  1. Start by preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F) and greasing a muffin pan with butter or nonstick spray.
  2. Have the nuts chopped in a food processor or with a food processor.
  3. In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until creamy.
  4. Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped nuts, mixing well.
  5. Pour in the milk and melted butter, continuing to stir until smooth.
  6. Fill muffin molds 3/4 of their capacity with the batter.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes comes out dry.
  8. Bake and let the cupcakes cool before serving.
