Recipe of Walnut Cupcakes: Delicious and Easy-to-Prepare Sweets!
Ingredients
- 200g of walnuts
- 150g brown sugar
- 100g flour
- 3 eggs
- 100ml milk
- 50g of melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Procedure
- Start by preheating the oven to 180°C (350°F) and greasing a muffin pan with butter or nonstick spray.
- Have the nuts chopped in a food processor or with a food processor.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until creamy.
- Add the flour, baking powder, salt, and chopped nuts, mixing well.
- Pour in the milk and melted butter, continuing to stir until smooth.
- Fill muffin molds 3/4 of their capacity with the batter.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cupcakes comes out dry.
- Bake and let the cupcakes cool before serving.
