Procedure
Hello friends! Today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes: pizza Margherita! This traditional Neapolitan pizza is made with only quality Italian ingredients, such as flour, tomato, mozzarella and basil.
First, in a large bowl, mix the flour, brewer’s yeast, warm water, oil, and salt until a soft, smooth dough is obtained. Cover with a damp cloth and let stand for at least 1 hour. Meanwhile, spread tomato puree on a pizza pan and season with salt and oil. When the dough has risen, spread it out on a lightly floured baking sheet, cover with tomato puree and buffalo mozzarella. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until the pizza is golden brown and the mozzarella cheese is melted. Remove from the oven and top with fresh basil leaves before serving. Enjoy your meal!
This Margherita pizza is a simple but delicious recipe that brings out the flavor of fresh tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil. In addition, using only quality Italian ingredients ensures that the dish is wholesome and tasty.
