Peach and yogurt cake
Ingredients
- 4 eggs at room temperature
- 180 g of sugar
- 100 g of melted butter
- 250 g of natural yogurt
- 250 g of flour 00
- the grated zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 vanilla bean
- 16 g of baking powder for cakes
- salt
- 4 nectarine peaches
- powdered sugar for finishing
Procedure
Take a large bowl and whip the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt. You will get a soft and clear mixture. Then add the melted butter, lemon zest, vanilla seeds and natural yogurt. Mix well and add the flour and baking powder. Pour it into a mold, level and place the sliced peaches on the surface. Bake at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
