Pancakes with oatmeal
Ingredients
300 Oatmeal
400 ml of milk
2 eggs
150 gr of egg whites
1 teaspoon of baking soda (or baking powder)
Procedure
To prepare our delicious pancakes with oatmeal we start by sifting the flour into a large bowl, add the milk little by little, continuing to mix, avoiding forming lumps. Add the eggs and mix the mixture well, now add a teaspoon of baking soda.
We continue by whipping the egg whites until stiff and then add them to the dough a little at a time, mixing from the bottom up. Grease the pan lightly and cook the pancakes on both sides until they are golden brown.
