Procedure

Take a large bowl and collect the minced meat and chopped parsley inside, mixing well. Add salt, pepper and a drizzle of oil. Divide the mixture into rectangles and place the cooked ham and cheese on top. Roll them up and pass them in the flour. Now beat the egg and dip the cannoli in it, then pass them in the breadcrumbs. Pour the oil into a saucepan and when hot, cook the cannoli until they are completely browned. Bake them for about 15 minutes at 160 ° and at the end you can serve them.
