Mascarpone donut
Ingredients
- FLOUR 00 350 gr
- MASCARPONE 250 gr
- SUGAR 120 gr
- MILK 100 ml
- EGGS 3
- ESSENCE OF VANILLA 1 vial
- YEAST FOR POWDERED CAKES 1 sachet
- FROSTED SUGAR TO GARNISH to taste
Procedure
Whip the eggs with the sugar until you get a foamy dough. Add the milk and mix, add the mascarpone and mix well. Continuing to mix, add the flour, baking powder and vanilla. When you get a smooth dough pour it into a donut mold already greased. Bake at 170 degrees for 45 minutes. Let it cool and add the icing sugar if you like it.
