Ingredients
  • 200 g of granulated sugar
  • 90 g of cold butter
  • 3 eggs
  • The juice and grated zest of 2 natural lemons
Procedure

Take a bowl suitable for use at high temperatures. Put the sugar, lemon juice and zest, cold butter into small pieces and eggs inside. Mix everything and cook in a double boiler for 10 minutes or until thickened. Let it cool down.
