Lasagna Bolognese
Ingredients
- 400 g fresh lasagna
- 500 g of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 ribs of celery
- 1 can of tomato pulp
- 1/2 glass of red wine
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of béchamel sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste.

Hello friends, today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes for a delicious Italian pasta dish: lasagna bolognese.
Ingredients:
- 400 g fresh lasagna
- 500 g of ground beef
- 1 onion
- 2 carrots
- 2 ribs of celery
- 1 can of tomato pulp
- 1/2 glass of red wine
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup of béchamel sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
- In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion, carrots and celery until soft.
- Add the beef and cook until well done.
- Add the tomato pulp and red wine, and let it cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
- In a separate pot, prepare the béchamel sauce by mixing the milk, Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, alternate layers of fresh lasagna, meat sauce and bechamel sauce.
- Cover with a final layer of bechamel sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until lasagna is well browned and cooked through.
