Lasagna Bolognese
Ingredients
  • 400 g fresh lasagna
  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 ribs of celery
  • 1 can of tomato pulp
  • 1/2 glass of red wine
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of béchamel sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
Procedure

Hello friends, today I want to share with you one of my favorite recipes for a delicious Italian pasta dish: lasagna bolognese.

Ingredients:

  • 400 g fresh lasagna
  • 500 g of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 ribs of celery
  • 1 can of tomato pulp
  • 1/2 glass of red wine
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of béchamel sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

  1. In a large pot, sauté the chopped onion, carrots and celery until soft.
  2. Add the beef and cook until well done.
  3. Add the tomato pulp and red wine, and let it cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes.
  4. In a separate pot, prepare the béchamel sauce by mixing the milk, Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  5. In a baking dish, alternate layers of fresh lasagna, meat sauce and bechamel sauce.
  6. Cover with a final layer of bechamel sauce and grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 25 to 30 minutes, or until lasagna is well browned and cooked through.
