Honey and hazelnut focaccia
Ingredients
- 320 g of flour 00
- 180 g of honey from on
- 20 g hazelnuts
- 1/2 sachet of dehydrated brewer’s yeast
- chopped pistachios
- warm water
- extra virgin olive oil
- salt
- 1 teaspoon of honey for garnish
Procedure
First, warm the honey in a water bath to make it more liquid. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the flour, salt, yeast, pistachio and honey. Add the lukewarm water and knead until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and finally add the chopped hazelnuts. Cover the dough and let it rise in a humid place for about 1 hour after which spread it on a baking sheet sprinkled with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle the surface, add the salt. Bake at 190 degrees for 40 minutes
