Ingredients
  • 260 g of flour 00
  • 230 g of soft butter
  • 290 g of granulated sugar
  • 65 g of demerara cane sugar
  • 140 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons of water
Procedure

Whip the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar and add the vanilla seeds. Whip until you get a frothy mixture. Then add the egg, water and whisk incorporated the flour, baking soda and salt. Cut the chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture. Take portions of the dough with your hands and give it a small ball shape. Place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and leave it for 15 minutes in the freezer. After this, cook four balls at a time, bake them at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes. Arrange them on the baking tray well spaced apart. Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool if you can wait 🙂
