Chicken cacciatore
Ingredients

Hello! Today I want to show you how to prepare a delicious Italian main course: chicken cacciatore. The ingredients you will need are:

  • 4 slices of chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1/2 cup of tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup of dry white wine

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  5. Add the chicken and black olives to the pot. Cover and cook over medium-low heat for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked and the sauce is well thickened.
