Chantilly Cream Ingredients
  • 250 ml of cold fresh cream
  • 50 g of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 vanilla bean
Procedure

Chill the bowl for 20 minutes in the refrigerator. Pour the cream and using an electric whisk whip the cream with the vanilla seeds. About halfway add the sugar and continue to whisk until the desired consistency is obtained.
