Canavese soup
Ingredients
1 medium loaf of homemade bread
1 small cabbage
60 g of grated Parmesan cheese
50 g of butter
1 1/2 l of meat broth
salt
pepper
Procedure
Start by cutting the loaf into slices about 15 millimeters high. Clean the cabbage, remove the outer leaves and keep the inner ones making large pieces. In a saucepan, melt the butter and put some on the bottom of a baking dish. Now continue placing a layer of slices of bread, cabbage leaves, butter and grated cheese. Proceed by doing a second complete layer. Add the broth to the pan, keep a little to add during cooking. Bake at 200 ° for about an hour. Remove from the oven and serve.
