  • HOT MILK 120 ml
  • SUGAR 50 gr
  • BUTTER 35 gr
  • DRY BEER YEAST 7 gr
  • SALT UP TO 5 gr
  • EGGS 1
  • MARMALADE
  • EGG YOLK 1
  • BUTTER 40 gr
Procedure

Take the hot milk and dissolve the sugar and yeast inside. Add the egg and mix, continue adding the flour with the salt, mix until you get a soft dough. Let it rise for 15 minutes. Now add the butter to the dough and mix well. Put the latter in a bowl, cover with cling film and let it rise for 1 hour. Divide the dough into 9 portions and roll them out with a rolling pin. Add the jam on one side and close them forming sandwiches. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let them rise for another hour. Finally brush the dough with the yolk and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 14 minutes. Once cooked, remove them and brush the sandwiches with butter.
