Ingredients
  • Dark chocolate 265 g
  • Eggs (about 4) 200 g
  • Whole skinned hazelnuts 175 g
  • Butter at room temperature 135 g
  • 00 flour 135 g
  • Sugar 255 g
  • Salt up to 1 pinch
Procedure

Start by toasting the hazelnuts, place them on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake them at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate by melting it in a bain-marie. When it is almost melted, add the soft butter, stir and remove from the heat. Take a bowl, place the eggs and beat them with a whisk, add the sugar, salt and the previously prepared chocolate mixture. Sift and add the flour and mix with a spatula also incorporating the hazelnuts. Now take a rectangular pan and pour the dough into it. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees. Cut them into rectangles to make delicious brownies.
