Broccoli muffins
Ingredients
- BROCCOLI 200 gr
- CREAMY CHEESE 170 gr
- GRATED CHEESE 165 gr
- COOKED HAM 120 gr
- EGGS 2
- CHOPPED GARLIC 1 tbsp
Procedure
Blanch the broccoli in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and cut into small pieces. Take a bowl and combine the cream cheese with the broccoli, add the grated cheese, garlic and cooked ham cubes. While stirring, add the eggs as well. Mix well and then transfer the dough into the muffin molds, before this oil them well. Bake them in the oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes, serve lukewarm.
