Apple and walnut cake

- 3 apples
- 100 g of walnuts
- 150 g of wheat flour
- 100 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml of milk
- 80 g butter
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Ingredients:
- 2 apples
- 100 g of walnuts
- 150 g of wheat flour

Preparation:
- Peel and dice the apples and set them aside.
- In a bowl, beat eggs with sugar until frothy.
- In a small saucepan, heat the milk and butter until the butter is completely melted.
- Combine the egg and sugar mixture with the hot milk and butter, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the egg-milk mixture, mixing well until smooth.
- Add the apples and chopped walnuts to the mixture and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured cake pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Bake and allow to cool before serving.
