Ingredients:
- Black cabbage
- Potatoes
- Carrots

- Borlotti beans
- Canned tomatoes
- Vegetable broth
- Extra virgin olive oil

Preparation:
- In a pot, sauté the chopped onion, diced carrots and celery with a little oil for a few minutes.
- Add pre-cooked borlotti beans, diced potatoes, finely chopped kale, and canned tomato.
- Pour in enough vegetable broth to cover the ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Turn down the heat and let it cook for about 30 minutes, until the vegetables are soft.
