Ingredients
  • HOODED CABBAGE PURPLE 1 pc
  • ONION / SHALLOW 1 pc
  • POTATOES 300 gr
  • LEMON JUICE to taste
  • Pepper as needed
  • Salt to taste
  • OLIVE OIL
  • WATER
Procedure

Cut the cabbage into strips and then peel and chop the potatoes. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil and fry the chopped shallot. Add the cabbage, potatoes and water. Cook for about 30 minutes with the lid on. Now take an immersion smoothie and blend everything. Add salt and pepper to your liking. Separately, take some cream and add the lemon juice. Finally add the two and serve with fresh cabbage.
