Chocolate cake with dark heart
Ingredients
- 70% dark chocolate 110 g
- Butter at room temperature 110 g
- Eggs (2 large) 120 g
- Sugar 40 g
- 00 flour 25 g
- Butter to taste
- 00 flour to taste
- Powdered sugar to taste
Procedure
Take the chocolate and butter and melt them in a double boiler. Let it cool for about 20 minutes and put the mixture in a mixer, while it is running add the sugar, eggs and flour. Now fill the molds by filling them about two thirds full. Put the molds in the freezer for about 6 hours then cook them for 7 minutes at 200 °. Once cooked, take them out of the oven and serve with dusted icing sugar.
