Ingredients
  • 200 g of beans, preferably borlotti beans
  • 240 g of carnaroli rice
  • onion
  • butter
  • oil
  • parmesan cheese
  • salt
Procedure

Start cooking the beans in a pot with salted water for about 30 minutes. In another pan, prepare the onion sauté with butter and olive oil. Add the rice and toast it and then add the beans with broth. Continue to cook for about 15 minutes until the rice is to your liking. Turn off the heat and stir in the butter and grated cheese.
