Ingredients
  • Arborio rice 300 g
  • Tuna in drained oil 200 g
  • Copper tomatoes 150 g
  • Caciocavallo 150 g
  • Cooked ham in cubes 100 g
  • Peas 80 g
  • Red peppers 75 g
  • Yellow peppers 75 g
  • Pitted black olives 80 g
  • Pickled gherkins 80 g
  • Chives to taste
  • Salt up to taste
Procedure

Take a pot of salted water and when it starts to boil pour the peas, blanch for about 3 minutes and drain. In the same water pour the rice and cook it by removing it about 3 minutes before its normal cooking time. (indicated on the package). Take the peppers, remove the stalk, the seeds and the inside then cut them into cubes. Place them in a large bowl. Also cut the tomatoes into cubes, same thing for the ham and the cheese. Instead, cut the pickled gherkins and olives into slices. Once the rice is very cold, add it to the bowl, adding the peas and chives. Finally add the tuna, the ham cubes and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything and leave in the refrigerator until it’s time to eat it.
