  • SUGAR 220 gr
  • MILK 150 ml
  • EGGS 4
  • MELTED BUTTER 40 gr
  • YEAST POWDER FOR CAKES 1 sachet
  • VANILLA EXTRACT 1 vial
Procedure

Separate the yolks from the whites. Whip the latter until stiff and put them in the fridge. In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with the sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy. Add milk, vanilla, sifted flour and baking powder finally mix. Add the warm butter and continue to work the mixture until it is smooth. Add the whipped egg whites and mix them slowly, with movements from the bottom up. Pour everything into a greased and floured 24 cm donut mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then let it cool and if you want sprinkle with icing sugar.
