Vegetable broth
Ingredients
- POTATOES 2
- CARROTS 2
- ZUCCHINA 1
- ONION 1
- CELERY COSTS 4
- LAUREL LEAVES 3
- PEPPER BEANS to taste
- Salt to taste
- LITERS OF WATER 3
Procedure
Take the vegetables and cut them into small pieces. Also use the celery leaves. Transfer everything to a large pot, put a few grains of black pepper and cover with 3 liters of water. Boil for about an hour and a half (with the pressure cooker 15 minutes). When cooked, drain the vegetables and add salt to the broth.
