Procedure

Whip the butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar and add the vanilla seeds. Whip until you get a In a large bowl put the softened butter and the orange zest, the sugar and the eggs. Roll out the dough and cut into small discs with a stencil. Take a baking tray with parchment paper and place the biscuits. Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. When cooked, let them cool, stuff half of the biscuits with the cream and cover with the rest. To taste, sprinkle with icing sugar.
