Ingredients
  • 50 g of butter
  • 50 g of flour
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • nutmeg (optional)
  • salt and pepper
Procedure

Take a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour. Stir with a whisk and start pouring the milk. When it starts to boil, reduce the heat and cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once ready, season with salt, pepper and a pinch of nutmeg if you want.
