Let's start with a delicious appetizer, which can be accompanied with imagination by whatever you want: cold cuts, cheeses, pickles.
The chef's secret:
To obtain a delicious focaccia, you need to roll out the dough on a sheet of baking paper and transfer it to a rectangular pan. Sprinkle it with slow and delicate brushstrokes of extra virgin olive oil and massage it, leaving small grooves on the surface, where you can put natural seasoned black olives that give color and an even more delicious flavor.
The main dish: a creamy risotto
After our fantastic appetizer, to amaze the guests, bring a tasty first course to the table. My favorite? The bean risotto!
The chef's secret:
A good risotto with beans is obtained with the slow and constant addition of a golden sauce so that the rice can be toasted and mixed at the same time. Even when the beans are added, cooking must continue to be slow to create a delicious cream that makes our dish special. I forgot, add extra virgin olive oil to whisk: it will be the real master's touch!
A worthy conclusion: the dessert that cheers you up
And to conclude at best? A delicious dessert that conquers young and old: tiramisu, but with a special ingredient.

All the goodness of our tiramisu lies in the famous, white and foamy cream.
We prepare it by whipping the egg yolks with the sugar, to which we add mascarpone, whipped cream and finally our secret ingredient: the pistachio cream.
